I've been teaching K for 10 years, but with bigger class sizes this past year (32 in full-day with no aide), I got really down & frustrated, so I"m finding a new energy this summer! :)

We implement Common Core this year (going through the training now), we will have a new principal, we have a new superintendent, and we are also implementing a system to rate how effective teachers are. Lots of new things...lots of new learning! :)
