I have been tagged 3 times now and am finally getting around to answer my questions. Since there are 3 sets of questions, I think you'll find out a little about me, so I'm going to *cheat* a little and skip the 12 facts :). 

Erica's Questions: 
1.  What is your favorite movie of all time?  The Shawshank Redemption
2.  Why did you decide to become a teacher? I have known FOR-E-VER that I wanted to teach...my mom and dad even let me turn our playroom into a classroom when I was in elementary school {I had a birthday board and everything} and when I was in third grade, my mom's friend gave me a real teacher gradebook for my birthday!! I love teaching because every day is a fresh start and I get to be creative.
3.  What is your favorite transition activity in your classroom?  Music and counting
4.  Do you have any pets at home?  What are they? No pets
5.  What book(s) are you currently reading? I love to read, but I've been super busy lately, so I haven't started a new book. I am using a plan to read through the Bible in a year, so I'm reading that :)
6.  What is your favorite Science topic to teach your students? Plants, of course!
7.  What is your favorite holiday? Thanksgiving
8.  Where were you born? Troy, AL
9.  What is your favorite type of food? Ice Cream/Yogurt
10.  What time do you wake up to get ready for school? 5:30
11.  What is your favorite scent? Japanese Cherry Blossom
12.  Did you watch the Kindergarten Expo? Unfortunately, I wasn't able to watch

Julia's Questions
1. What is your favorite subject to teach? Anything language arts
2. Do you have a SmartBoard in your classroom? No!! {Can you hear me crying??} When I worked in Louisiana, I had the works as far as technology {promethean board, document camera, 5 computers, laptop for home and school, slate}, but now that I'm back in Florida, I'm in a portable with only a computer :(
3. How often do you use songs in your class? Every day
4. Are you married/single/engaged/etc.? Married...1 year in April :)
5. What type of music do you listen to? Anything and everything...my husband got me hooked on rap, especially when I'm exercising
6. How long have you been teaching? 8 years...I really don't feel like it's been that long
7. What is your New Year's resolution? To lose the 25 pounds I gained when my hubby was in the hospital...not going so well!
8. If you weren't teaching, what would you be doing? Working at a college
9. If you create your own materials for TPT or TN, where do you get your inspiration from? My students...I make things that they need help with or things that we're working on in class
10. What is your favorite TV show? Revenge
11. Do you have any pets? No
12. What is your favorite recipe website? (I am going to need suggestions for when I become a wifey!) Cooking Light...really good, healthy recipes!

1. What is your favourite children`s book? Love You Forever and The Most Thankful Thing
      2. Where is your favourite place to shop for teaching stuff? The Dollar Tree and Target
3    3. Where would you go on a dream vacation? Italy
4    4. What advice do you have to new bloggers like myself? I'm pretty new myself! I usually post about thing we're doing in our classroom and use lots of pictures. I like to see what other teachers are doing!
5    5. What is your favourite T.V. show? Revenge
6    6. What do you do to relax after a long day at school? My husband and I usually go on a walk when I get home
7    7. If you HAD to pick the blog that most inspires you, who`s would it be? That's hard, but I would pick my friend Deeanna's blog, Golden Gang Kindergarten. We teach together, so she inspires me every day.
      8. What is your favourite snack food?   Ice cream
9. How many years have you been teaching? 8 years!
10. Can you describe your classroom in one word? What is it? Fun
11. What is your favourite educational website? All the blogs I follow and Teachers Pay Teachers
